Jennifer Marti is a trained culinary professional, but her life really boils down to a love of food from an early age.  She graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2001 with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.  For 15 years she was the Assistant Manager and Retail Purchasing Agent at The Market in Larimer Square in Denver, Colorado.  Her basic philosophy is Eat, Drink, and be Merry.
